Come summertime you’ll find the Seaside Village of Chester Nova Scotia in full swing. From our specialty shops to our gorgeous galleries, our delicious places to dine and spectacular spots to stay – there’s so much to see and experience.

Of course, our picturesque parks are open, as is our Lido Pool and our sweet Freda’s Beach just perfect for soaking in the sun, searching for treasure or watching the boats sail by.

And everywhere you turn there’s music in the air. From the spectacular lineup of concerts and productions at the Chester Playhouse Theatre to the Summer Concert Bandstand Concert Series and the Picnic In the Park events too.

PS – Mark your calendars and be with us in August for two BIG events – the world-renowned Chester Race Week and Atlantic Canada’s largest equestrian event the Coveside Classic Horse Show.
